Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with PrintBuffet. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. This Refund and Return Policy explains when and how you can return items and request a refund.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it,

    • In its original packaging (including tags, accessories, or protective wrapping), and

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-returnable items

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products,

  • Digital downloads or gift cards,

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately (see Section 5) so we can make it right.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email info@printbuffet.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Shipping:

    • Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. PrintBuffet is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@printbuffet.com with:

  • Your order number,

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue, and

  • A brief description of the problem.

We will review the case and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once production or shipment begins, the order cannot be canceled. Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once processing has started.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account again,

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider,

  3. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@printbuffet.com.
